Terms of use

toro4n is an online tool for drawing Neo4j graph data models. These terms apply whenever you use it at toro4n.com, with or without an account.

Who provides the service

toro4n is provided by Lantz Hedström Consulting AB, company registration number 559215-6557, Fiskarfjärdsstranden 36, 127 41 Skärholmen, Sweden. Send questions about these terms to hello@toro4n.com.

What the service is

toro4n runs in your web browser. Without an account, your models stay in your browser and in the files you save, and nothing about them is sent to us. With an account, you can save models online, share them with others, and work on them together. We store online models within the EU. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Your content

Everything you draw, write, import, or export in toro4n is yours. We claim no rights to it. For models you save online, you give us permission only to store them, make them available to the people you share them with, and let the AI assistants that you or those people connect read and change them. We don't look at your models unless you ask us for help with one, and we never use them to train AI or for advertising.

You're responsible for what you put in toro4n. Don't store anything you don't have the right to store, and don't share a model with anyone who isn't allowed to see it.

Accounts

Your account is tied to your email address. You sign in with a code we send to that address, or with Google if it's a Gmail or Google Workspace address. Anyone who can get into your email account, or into the Google account for that address, can sign in as you, so keep those accounts secure. You share a model by inviting people by email, and they open it by signing in with that address. You can remove people from a model, and they can leave it. If you delete your account in the app, we delete your online models right away and remove you from any models others have shared with you. Copies in our backups are deleted within 35 days.

We may close an account that is used to attack the service, to store or share unlawful material, or to interfere with other people's use of toro4n.

Plans and payment

Pro and Team add the features described on our pricing page. Plans are sold by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), which is the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment, and our refund policy explains how to get your money back.

A plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel it under Account → Billing and invoices. You keep the plan until the end of the period you've paid for. When a plan ends, nothing is deleted. Your first three models online stay editable. The rest become view-only: you can still open them, copy them to this device, or save them as files. They become editable again when you upgrade, or when you delete enough models to be back within the Free plan's limit of three.

A Team's manager decides who gets its seats and can add or remove seats during a billing period; the price is prorated for the rest of that period. Models that members save online while they have a seat belong to the team, and the manager can open and manage them; when someone leaves the team, their team models move to the manager. “Unlimited” models online means no limit in normal use; to protect the service, an account can keep at most 1,000 models online.

A yearly Team with 5 or more seats can be paid by invoice. The invoice is due 30 days after it's issued. If a payment is overdue, by invoice or by card, the plan keeps working for 14 days. After that, it's paused until the payment is made. Nothing is deleted.

If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep toro4n available and your online models safe: they're encrypted in transit and in storage, and we keep version history and regular backups. Even so, toro4n is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be available or work without errors. Save any model that matters to you as a file too, so you always have a copy. We may change toro4n and these terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows when the terms last changed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lantz Hedström Consulting AB isn't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of toro4n, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute will be settled by the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless you're entitled by law to bring the case elsewhere.
